If you are like me and my family we have been trying to find ways to become healthier. We have begun walking as a family and eating healthier as a family. It is hard to find

good healthy options for breakfast on the run. That's why I'm so glad we got to try Vitalicious. Vitalicious Foods Inc. is the market leader of innovative “vital and

delicious” baked goods that promote a healthy lifestyle, without sacrificing taste. Vitalicious makes 100 calorie muffin tops and other yummy snacks. The muffin tops

were perfect for those hectic mornings when we woke up late and were trying to get Bubba out the door for school.

My family really enjoyed all the different kinds of muffins. Jake and Pumpkin enjoyed the fruit muffins a little more then Bubba and I BUT we all LOVED the chocolate muffins. But who doesn't LOVE chocolate?? These muffins were great to pop out of the freezer right into the toaster and voila you have breakfast or a light snack.

My husband and I have tried many of the different 100 calorie snacks that are out there on the supermarket shelves. Most did not meet our taste standards so we did not buy them again. The Vitalicious muffins and snacks were not like that at all. They tasted really yummy and were so quick and convenient which is a plus when you have a busy

on the go family.
