Which means for most of us, this is when our families vacations happen, and usually costing us a pretty penny. With the economy still down money seems tight for everyone, and a lot of us are looking for ways to have a nice vacation while not breaking the bank.
lets say you would like to go to Longboat Key, FL. There's 2 adults and 2 kids in your family. You already are paying a decent amount in the flight costs, car rental, attraction tickets... why should you pay more than necessary for a hotel? Try Renting a Timeshare instead!
Below I have provided a breakdown of what you could expect to pay with a Timeshare Rental from RedWeek.com versus booking a hotel:
Bedrooms:2 Bathrooms:1
Beds: 1 King, 1 Sleeper Sofas
Amenities: DVD Player, Deck or Patio, Dishwasher, Handicap Accessible, Internet Access, Microwave, Refrigerator - Full Size - TV, Telephone, VCR, Laundry washer - dryer on site
Longboat Key Hotel: 4 nights $608
Bedrooms: Studio Bathrooms:1
Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, Daily Maid Service, Microwave, Full Size Refrigerator - Small, TV, Telephone, CD Player, Balcony
That's a savings of $180 plus you have the extra rooms and amenities! Just think! You could take your extended family or maybe some friends, split the bill and pay a fraction of the cost of a hotel with needing more then 1 room! Plus everyone could stay together instead of being spilt up around a hotel. Why would you choose to stay any other way?
Not only are Timeshare Rentals budget-friendly, but most are pet friendly as well so no leaving Fido at home with a sitter and have great amenities that you wouldn't be able to get from a normal hotel room.
Why is it so much cheaper to get a timeshare instead of a hotel? Timeshare Rentals are owned like a house, but when the owners aren't using the rooms, it just makes perfect sense to rent them out! If they are drastically cheaper than the average going price for hotel rooms in the area, then of course they are the ones that are going to get rented out! It ends up being a win/win for both parties in the end.
