Sponsor Spotlight: True North Organic

The next sponsor I'd like to tell you about for the #Just4BabyHop is True North Organic. As most of you know I try to only use natural products on my kids because of sensitive skin. I was given the opportunity to review True North Organics Lil' Sprouts Baby Hair & Body Wash with the kids.

I have been using this soap on the kids for a little while now and have been very happy with it. It does very well with hair washing which is something I worry about in a combination soap. To me the soaps do not typically clean the hair as well when they are a combination hair/body soap. The Lil' Sprout soap seemed to clean the kids hair just as well as their bodies. It never seemed to irritate their eyes either if the soap made it down to them.

The one night I was bathing the boys and Sweet Pea came in the bathroom and grabbed the soap and stuck the opened bottle in her mouth. I of course freaked out like most parents would because she has something in her mouth that shouldn't be and could possibly make her sick. I yelled for Jake to get her some milk which he did. But she never got sick or had any reactions to the soap that she got in her mouth other then a yucky taste from the reaction on her face. I am sure had it been normal soap we would have ended up with some reaction whether it been runny bowel movements or vomiting. Just another added perk to using natural and organic products on the kids.

True North Organic has more then just baby/kids products to offer. Make sure you stop by their website and see all the different products you can purchase. They even have a line of products for your pets!! All their products are made right here in the USA and are animal cruelty free!!

  5. That sounds great! I have the same fear about combination products not getting hair clean enough. It's nice to know that this is one that does the job. I'm also happy to know that your little one didn't have any adverse effects when she got it in her mouth. Mine is in a soap eating stage (I didn't even know those existed!) and I have to be really careful about what I bath her with. This sounds like a great option!

  10. My grandson has very sensitive skin so we are very picky about what we use. I like that the hair and body wash are all in one because it makes it so easy with wiggly little ones!
