This is another one of many great reviews and giveaways that Joy of Momma Joyner and I will be bringing you with our 2012 Holiday Gift Guide!!
As I have said before my family loves to cuddle up on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn and watch a movie. We love having pizza and movie nights as well with the kids and they get super excited when I announce it's a pizza and movie night. Jake and I are very picky on what we allow the boys to watch and that is one reason we do not have cable in our home. So I am always happy when I see the Dove symbol on movies because I know that I do not need to fear my children will be seeing something that I do not approve of.
So one of the newest movies my family has had the joy of reviewing is "Trooper and The Legend of The Golden Key". This is a great family movie with a wonderful plot. The story line of Trooper: Trooper the Bloodhound is a natural-born slueth who lives in a town that has a mysterious legend...a legend of a golden key that could be worth one million dollars. But when Trooper and his owner, 10 year-old Tommy, try to find the key, they run into unexpected danger. Will these best friends be able to unlock the legend before it's too late? One thing's for sure...With Trooper the Bloodhound on the case, things are bound to get interesting.
This was such a fun movie to watch with the kids. We loved that the story was being told by Trooper the Bloodhound. The kids and I laughed all throughout this movie. The kids enjoyed watching Tommy and Trooper work together to figure out the big mystery in the town and in the end saving the day! I love having movies in my collection that I can feel good about my children watching and this one goes into my collection for sure!
There will be 2 lucky readers who will get the chance to add this great DVD to their families collection!!
