Waking Up In Heaven Review & Giveaway

I recently was asked to review a new book titled "Waking Up In Heaven". This book is a true story about Brokenness, Heaven and Life Again. This book is true story of a Oklahoma mother waking up in Heaven and her second chance at life.

This book is about Crystal McVea who is a schoolteacher and mother of four that lives in Oklahoma. On December 10, 2009 Crystal went to the hospital with abdominal pain and suddenly stopped breathing. In the minutes between when she died and when the doctors revived her, Chrystal went to heaven and stood with God. This book is her story of that day and her second chance at life.

I found this book to be very moving and well written. I love how Crystal tells about her troubled childhood and past so you can understand how great the gift was that God gave her. Like most of us Crystal lived a broken life and felt beyond God's reach and even wondered if he was real. I think this book would make a great women's bible study course. I know that I have always had questions about heaven and what it would be like when I die and reading this book has helped ease my mind about the whole situation. Though I hope I get to stay with my children for quite awhile longer I am not afraid of death as much after reading this book.

This book would make a great gift for anyone in your life!! You can currently purchase this book on amazon.

Have you had a life changing experience in your life? Feel free to share with me about it in a comment, I would love to hear everyone's stories...

  5. If I won I'd send to my sister who lost her son, loves to read and I think she would love reading this book. Somehow, this just makes one feel better when we read of experiences from others that have had their heart stop and where they went
