Have you all meet Bubba my oldest son?

He looks like a normal healthy almost 9 year old boy right... Well he is but he also suffers from ADHD a condition that I knew very little about except that the kids are usually horrible. That is not the case at all Bubba is one of the sweetest and most caring young men you will meet and has a great love for God and his family. But he struggles with sitting still and focusing while at school and even at home while doing homework. But that doesn't make him a bad kid does it?? Well in the eyes of some YES it made a horrible kid and they let him know that and tore this sweet boy down by bullying him.

EL RESTAURANTE Authentic Tortilla Chips Review

One thing that my family loves to eat is chips and different kinds of dips. With that said I would like to introduce you to one of our favorite brands Snyder of Berlin. I grew up on Snyder of Berlin's Original BBQ chips though I lived in Florida and they weren't available family would bring bags down anytime they visited. So I have been a fan of this brand since I was a little girl. Now that I am all grown up with a family of my own I have passed along my love for this brand to my children!

Drawing with Mark DVD Review & Giveaway

Does your child like to draw and be artistic? I know Bubba does and he is good at it which I think he gets from my mom who is awesome at art! I actually have a painting my mom did on a piece of slate off of my great grandma's barn roof hanging up in Sweet Peas bedroom. I have always enjoyed art and love that my children do as well! I think it is an important thing for all children to get the opportunity to explore art in some form. I always take any opportunity I have to incorporate art into what my family is doing. While on vacation we take shells that we find and make pictures with them as well as build sandcastles all different forms of art that the kids enjoy!

One thing that my family loves to do a lot of is travel. Traveling to us also includes in state traveling as well as out of state. In the fall we do a lot of in state traveling with the kids going to pumpkin patches and apple orchards. Our favorite apple orchard is not very close to home it is about an hour and half away one way. With us currently having a Ford Escape I dread pulling into the gas station because I just hate watching my bank account getting drained by filling up the gas tank to take our family trips.
