Welcome to another great week of Delicious Dish Tuesday... This week I am sharing my Protein Fruit Smoothie recipe with you.... I hope you enjoy it as much as Pumpkin did... I made this recipe as a way to get protein into his lunch's for school since he never wanted peanut butter or meat. Also make sure you stop by the host's pages to see the great recipes they are showing and their favorite picks from last weeks recipes submitted Amanda of Coping with Frugality and Alesha of Full Time Mama...
1 cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt ( I used Chobani because it has the most protein)
In the smoothie pictured we used 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and a half of a banana. We have also done a mixed berry with fresh strawberries, blueberries and black raspberries.
Headed over from the recipe link up and this smoothie looks super yummy! I have been looking of smoothie recipes for an on-the-go healthy snack! Thanks for sharing!ReplyDelete
That looks good, we've been making a lot of smoothies this week for some reason. We've been doing coconut milk, yogurt and fruit.ReplyDelete
This seems easy enough to make and looks delish! :)ReplyDelete
