Text Book Renting

If you have or are attending college then you know how expensive the text books can be. I wish I would have known more of my options while in College of how to get text books.  I bought as many books used as I could to save a little bit of money. I was unaware at that time that you were able to rent the text books to use while in College. Now that I am aware of this great option I want to share the information with everyone so they can save as well. Campus Book Rentals is a great site where you can rent your text books.

Keep Charged on the Go

Do you hate when your out and about and your phone or IPad/Kindle dies? How about when your kids play games on your phone while your out and drains the battery. I know both situations occur frequently for me and if I am not at home or in my car then I can't charge either device. Now thanks to the Wusic power bank I can keep my stuff charged no matter where I am at.

Milo's Kitchen

“The Milo’s Kitchen dog treats, gift cards, and information have been provided by Milo’s Kitchen for this post.”

I know that I feed my family well when it comes to dinners and treats so I feel that my pets should eat just as well. I have found it hard to find good quality dog treats in the stores. Many treats available are filled with additives and ingredients I would prefer not to give my dogs. I love to give my dogs quality treats that are made in the USA. I recently was given the opportunity to work with Milo's Kitchen home-style dog treats.

Respect With a Capital ‘R’: How to Enjoy Mealtime With Your Kids

Many parents will tell you their most trying part of the day is meal time. Food is thrown, milk is split and noses are turned up. However, there are ways to improve — and actually enjoy! — family meals. It all starts with respect; respect the process, respect the food and respect the company. Here are some tips:

Picture Puzzle

One thing that I have always enjoyed since I was a kid is doing picture puzzles. This is a form of entertainment that I love sharing with my children. There has been many times over the years that I wished I could turn a favorite picture into puzzle and now thanks to piczzle I can!

Kiss That Itch Goodbye

I am not sure about you but I hate when I have an itch caused by a bug bite, allergic reaction, winter itch and other skin related problems. My children are just like me and the mosquitoes are instantly attracted to them when they are outside. With that said we usually get a ton of mosquito bites throughout the summer and do a lot of itching. After Bubba came back from summer camp the poor boy was covered in mosquito bites. Luckily I had Kiss my itch goodbye to help relieve his itching.

Dream Team Pets- Nighttime Guards

Do your kids get scared while sleeping at night? I know that mine have problems sleeping at night especially when we are traveling. Sweet Pea seems to have the most problems as she likes everything to be exactly the way she wants it and has her own little routine. When her routine is thrown off it really affects how well she sleeps.

Baby's First Book Blocks

I recently received a wonderful set of baby book blocks for Angel. Though she is only 8 months old it's never to early to introduce books. Most people don't realize that different visual patterns help in infants brain development. When I worked at the daycare I went through many different classes that taught about different patterns that babies can see, and things that help with their brain and vision development.

Go Paperless with Boogie Board

Do you ever get tired of wasting paper? I know I would personally reuse a piece a paper over and over with lists so I knew I wasn't wasting it. But at times that would become very confusing because I would get my lists mixed up. This problem is now a thing of the past for me thanks to my Boogie Board Jot 8.5 eWriter. This handy dandy eWriter helped me successfully put together Pumpkin's 7th birthday party, pack Bubba for Summer Camp, pack both boys for a trip to Disney and do my grocery shopping.
