Meal Measure! Giving Thanks Spotlight

One thing that Jake has been trying to do is lose weight and get himself into shape. But we quickly realized that this is not the easiest of tasks to do. If you have ever tried to lose weight then you know how hard it can be. You exercise and watch what you eat but it is hard to watch portion control. Living in America we have grown up eating bigger portions then what is truly needed for our bodies to be healthy.

Now thanks to our meal measure portion control plate I no longer have to worry that I am giving Jake to much food and mess up his weight loss goal. The meal measure conveniently measures you portions right on your plate and takes all guess work out. The cavities on the meal measure are all labeled so you know how much of each food group to use. The cavities are 2 fruit/vegetable spots, 1 starch spot and 1 protein spot. Each cavity for the fruits/vegetables and starch are equal to 1 cup when completely full and 1/2 cup if only filled half way up.

The meal measure comes in three different colors you can choose from yellow, red and blue. The meal measure is top rack dishwasher safe which makes cleaning it up quick and easy. The meal measure was created by a working mom who was also a former lunch room attendant. The meal measures are Made in the U.S.A.

If you are trying to watch your weight and what you are eating then I would recommend getting a meal measure. It is a simple little gadget that really helps you take control of managing how much food you are eating, which will help you in your weight lose journey.
