Cookin' Up Thursday: Pulled Pork Shepherds Pie

Welcome to Cookin' Up Thursdays by Andersons Angels and The More The Merrier. This is a blog hop for and about delicious Recipes! We are hoping that this hop will help all you busy moms with getting yummy dinners on the table for your families without having to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. This week I am sharing with you my recipe for my Pulled Pork Shepherds Pie.

What You Need:
Leftover Pulled Pork about 1-1.5 lbs
1 can green beans (drained)
Mashed Potatoes ( if using instant enough for 6)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

What You Do:
Preheat the oven to 350*.
Spray your 9x13 baking dish.
Place your pulled pork at the bottom of your baking dish, top with green beans, then with your mashed potatoes then add the cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.

If you have a recipe you would like to share then simply add it to the Linky below.

  1. This sounds really good. I need to make this while it is still cold.

  2. Pulled Pork Shepherd's Pie sounds good, but with my picky family I would have to swap out the green beans with peas. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
