Cookin' Up Thursday: Veggie Pizza

Welcome to Cookin' Up Thursdays by Andersons Angels and The More The Merrier. This is a blog hop for and about delicious Recipes! We are hoping that this hop will help all you busy moms with getting yummy dinners on the table for your families without having to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. This week I am sharing with you my recipe for Bubba's Veggie Pizza. We love growing a garden in the summer and creating delicious recipes with our fresh veggies. This is Bubba's Veggie Pizza Recipe with his 4H cooking project last year. He hopes you enjoy as much as we do!

What You Need:
(You can use any veggies you want)
1/2 cup Broccoli florets
1/4 cup Carrots shredded
10 Cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1/3 cup green peppers sliced
1 packet Ranch dressing mix, dry
2 cans Crescent rolls, Refrigerated
8 oz Cream cheese
16 oz Sour cream

What You Do:
Preheat your oven to 375*.
Unroll both cans of crescent rolls and press the seams together to create 1 big dough sheet on a ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
Cool Completely.
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix until blended in a medium bowl.
Spread the cheese mixture over the crust and top with your veggies.
Save any leftovers in the fridge and if you are not eating right away store in the fridge.

  5. Love how colorful the veggie pizza is! Unfortunately no one would eat it at my house. Getting them to eat raw veggies is like pulling teeth. Still, I might try making this just to see their reaction LOL I'd eat it!
