I'm all about "snacky" foods. When I was asked to try Flamous Brand Chips I was already deciding what I can pair it with, use for dipping, ect. I received the Flamous Chips and what caught my eye first was that on the side of the bag it says "Heart Healthy".You think of chips and you think of sodium usually. These are very low in sodium and still are very tasty. I tried the Original Falafel Chips, and I tried all of these without and dips, and what I noticed when I opened the bag was the size of the chip. It is a very good size that makes it perfect for scooping up some hummus or salsa. It is made with 21 herbs, vegetables, spices and beans. This one was very tasty and it can be paired with alot of things to give it a vibrant flavor. You not only get the fiber and protein you need, you get a great flavor. Each chip has the perfect amount of herbs and spices for that great flavor.
The Spicy Falafel Chip was just like it states...spicy. I do not like spicy things so after the first bite, I had my husband try it. He ate 4-5 chips and went in and grabbed the salsa. He loved them and finished the whole bag. He didnt care that they are gluten free, no wheat, no dairy, no cholesterol or preservatives, all he cared about was after he ate the whole bag, they were gone. The Sprouted Multigrain Zatar chips were actually a favorite of the kids. They also did not care about the nutritional value, all they cared about was the chips. They sat and watched some TV while snacking on the healthy, organic, non GMO Flamous Chips. The chips are also great because, not only are they a good size for dipping and taste great but when you take a bite, they do not crumble like some chips. They break where you want them to and then you go back and dip again. Unless you get grossed out at double dipping then you will just have to believe me on that one.
Flamous Brands love the fact that their chips are vegan, kosher, and non-GMO verified and filled with fiber, protein, and is rich in antioxidants. I love the fact that even the pickiest of kids at "Kid Kritics" have approved. I think I have some of them living in my house too, but they loved the chips. Make sure to have these at your next gathering or on hand when you get ready to binge watch all the upcoming holiday movies coming on TV. They can be your guilty pleasure, but wont feel guilty about eating the whole bag.
