With the cold and flu season quickly approaching here in Ohio I am starting to get my home ready. There are some simple ways I prepare my home for the cold season. This humidifier is able to run for 90 hours when completely filled. This humidifier is the right size for a small or medium sized room. I like that this humidifier has the Silver Clean Protection embedded in the tank to help fight the growth of mold and mildew on the surface of the water tank. This humidifier has a optional aromatherapy tray you can can use by adding a couple drops of essential oils to help create a relaxing atmosphere. I like that this humidifier also has a built in night light and you can control the amount of mist being released into the room. If you use aromatherapy function on this humidifier you have to be sure you do not add the oils directly to the tank because you will damage it and void your warranty. You are only suppose to add oils to the pad that is included with the humidifier. You are able to purchase extra pads for the unit.
I also received a Full Spectrum Energy Light to review. I use my essential oils to help with my battle of depression. One of the main factors for me is that living in Ohio we do not receive a lot of the needed Vitamin D from the sun as it is hardly ever out. The energy light is designed to provide you with a full spectrum of 6 total light intensity levels to simulate natural sunlight without the harmful UV rays. This light helps naturally restore the diminished energy in the winter months. I like that it has the option of using white or blue light.
