Sponsor Spotlight: Sun Turtle Naturals

One thing that I love is natural soaps. Since the kids and I have sensitive skin I try to keep natural soaps in the house. I also like supporting small companies that try to keep everything basic and simple. With that said I'd like to introduce you to Sun Turtle Naturals and the founders Julio & Debbie Blanco. They have always enjoyed bringing nature closer to home as do I. Their down-to-earth values and love of nature led them to the path of organic food, solar energy for their home and natural-organic cosmetics to nurture and pamper their bodies.

Their green values and a little entrepreneurial spirit inspired them to begin making their own natural body care products. They wanted a better option for their family, and found joy in the creative process of formulating and making artisanal cosmetics, and the satisfaction in making them with care for nature. It was from that inspiration that Sun Turtle Naturals was born.

I was given two bars of their natural soap to try. I must say that when the box arrived with the soaps in it; it smelled so good. I was so happy with my choices of my soaps too. I chose to review the lemongrass and grapefruit soaps. The lemongrass soap smells exceptional and is so refreshing. I love that I can read all the ingredients in the soaps and I know exactly what they are. There are no harsh chemicals to worry about either which is a plus when you have little ones to take care of.

These soaps would make great additions to your household if you are like us and using natural products. Or if you are looking for a good natural soap and not sure where to start looking Sun Turtle Naturals would be a great place to start your new adventure down the organic/natural path.

  11. Natural soaps are the best thing in the world- not only in general, but also for people with sensitive skin issues(I am one, I speak from experience, unfortunatelly). And I think it's great that you list the ingredients- I buy "natural" soaps at craft shows during the spring/summer/fall and half the time when you ask what's in them, you get a blank look.
