I am so very excited to be able to bring you the newest VeggieTales movie "The Penniless Princess". I personally have not watched this movie but my children and their fellow church classmates did this review. Every fifth Sunday is our children's service at our church well this past one our pastor ended up being out sick so there was nothing planned. I by chance had the movie with me because I had been speaking with the head of our children's church about it. So the children got treated to a movie for their Sunday and they were all super excited about it as well.

The Penniless Princess is based off the classic novel "A Little Princess". It was so cool to talk with the head of my church's children's worship after they were done watching the movie because it actually tied into the last lesson they had taught the kids...how cool is that god has a way of making things come together. The kids all seemed to love the movie as well the older kids all sat very well around the TV watching the movie while the younger ones would come and go.
When we asked the kids their favorite part it was anonymous that it was "Silly Songs", tell you the truth that's why I love watching the shows too. The story takes place in London where a young girl "Sara Crewe" has everything a young girl could possibly want, but when life takes a turn Sara quickly learns that true worth lies not in what she has but in her heart. The kids all enjoyed watching this movie and I can't wait to sit down and watch it with them as well on our movie night coming up.
How would you like to own your own copy of "The Penniless Princess"? It is now available in stores and I am happy to bring a great coupon to use toward the purchase of this great movie as well. To access the coupon click here.
