One thing that I need is to get back into shape... I know that I am not alone in this need but without someone holding me accountable... I have already cut back on my daily soda amounts and have switched to caffeine free. So I thought I would set up a 30 day accountability list here to help not only me but my followers as well so we can do this goal together...
Day 1: Walk or Jog 10 minutes

Day 13: Run 20 minutes
Day 14: Run 20 minutes
Day 15: Walk or Jog 30 minutes

Day 19: Walk or Jog 35 minutes
