Sponsor Spotlight: Simple Glow

My first sponsor for the Thankfully Handmade Event is Simple Glow Soybean Candles!!

I love candles but typically you will not find one burning in my house because of me having asthma. I have found a few non-soy candles that do not bother me but they are very hard or expensive to come by. So I try to stick with soy candles because they usually do not bother my asthma. I still have found soy candles to bother me if the smell is strong.

I was excited when Simple Glow Soybean Candles agree to parnter up with me for the Thankfully Handmade Event. Because I know my asthma and my triggers I made sure to ask some questions before choosing my scent to review. I must say that I am very happy with my choice in scents for my review.

I chose the Nature Walk scent for my review candle. I love to be outside in Nature and with winter quickly approaching I wanted something to remind me of summer walks. Everyone in my house has loved the scent of this candle when it's burning and it makes my house smell so good!! I can not let it burn for too long otherwise it gets to strong for me and I have to blow it out.

I love candles and finding ones that I can actually burn in my house. I think burning candles help make a house smell so wonderful and inviting. If you would like to have one of these wonderful candles make sure you stop by Simple Glow's Store and check out all their wonderful scents.

Make sure you come back Monday to enter to win one of these wonderful candles in the Thankfully Handmade Event!!

  2. I wonder if you could make your own. Have you ever checked out soy ingredients for the candles? They had to find their products somewhere. But I am glad you found some that works for you. Rita Spratlen rjspratlen@gmail.com

  4. We love candles here too. I am always burning one on the bar between the kitchen and living room! I have to watch what I get too because of our birds. My cockatoo - Fred - will 'sneeze' if he thinks a candle is too strong! LOL!

  10. I love scented candles. My preference is also for scents that are not too subtle and yet not too overpowering. My preference fragrance-wise is fresh/clean and/or water-based.

I like to have them burning all the time and enjoy experimenting with different types of aromatherapy.
