This week I am bringing you Chinese Pork Chops
What You Need:
6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
What You Need:
6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar - I used light
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
3 cups hot cooked rice
What To Do:
Place pork chops in slow cooker coated with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine the onion, ketchup, brown sugar, water, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

Pour over pork chops and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender.
Cook rice according to package. Serve the pork chops with rice and I placed the cooking juices on the rice and served with mixed veggies on the side.
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
