Welcome to another week of Delicious Dish Tuesday... This week I am sharing my Baked Chicken with you...This was a hit with my family... I hope you enjoy it as much as we did... This recipe is yummy and very easy I hope you enjoy it!!
What You Need:
1 package of Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli, florets
3 medium size carrots, sliced into 1/2 in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
What You Do:
Preheat your oven to 400*F.
Prepare the stuffing as directed on package.
Combine chicken, broccoli and carrots in 13x9 inch baking dish. Stir in soup, milk and cheese; then top with the stuffing.
Bake for 40 min. or until the chicken is done and casserole is heated through.
ENJOY!!

Oh, Trista! This looks delicious! I'm definitely going to try this one. Maybe tomorrow night - I have hamburger out tonight for spaghetti.
