A Bakers Helper

If you love to bake cookies as much as I do then I am sure you have ran into the problem of them sticking the to pan. No matter how good of a baker you are sometimes your cookies and pans have a mind of their own at least mine do. But now that I have discovered my new "baking helper" a Silicone Baking Mat I no longer have anything I bake getting stuck to my pan.

So while the weather was nice out I am sure you all did the same got outside and exercised in one form or another. Now that the weather is starting to cool off and we all know what's around the bend I figured now is a good time to start encouraging each other on our goals to a healthier self. I will be teaming up Danielle from "We Have It All" again on this great journey and we hope you will join us as well.

The Song In Theaters Soon...

A upcoming movie that I am really looking forward to comes out in theaters tomorrow 9/26/2014. The Song was inspired by the Song of Solomon and is a music-driven romantic drama about things we all purse in life love and meaning.

Movie Summary: Aspiring singer and songwriter Jed King is struggling to catch a break and escape the long shadow of his famous father when he reluctantly agrees to a gig at a local vineyard harvest festival.  Jed meets the vineyard owner's daughter, Rose, and a romance quickly blooms. Soon after their wedding, Jed writes Rose "The Song," which becomes a breakout hit. Sudden;y thrust into a life of stardom and a world of temptation, his life and marriage begin to fall apart.

This is a movie that I feel Jake and I will really both enjoy. I am hoping that Jake and I can sneak away one evening and go see this movie.

Snack Attack Relief

One thing that I have a love for is potato chips. I remember as a child when family would come to Florida to visit from Ohio they would bring Snyder of Berlin BBQ Chips with them. Now when we go to Florida to visit my mom we take the chips with us because a ham or bologna sandwich just isn't the same without them.

Recently I got the opportunity to receive some of Snyder's wonderful chips to review. Snyder's has recently updated their packaging of their bags. I as most who are use to Snyder's chips are use to their bag being blue and silver. But I must say I am a fan of the new packaging that displays unique locations throughout Pennsylvania on the back of their 2.75oz bags of chips.  The barn photo seen front and center on each package reminds consumers of the barns seen doting the landscape throughout the Berlin, PA area.

Chunky Monkey Brownies

Recently I was sitting here looking at bananas that need to be used up and I wanted to do something with them other then banana bread. So I came up with the idea of adding them to my brownies to make Chunky Monkey Brownie. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Our Upcoming Minnie 1st Birthday

It's hard to believe that Angel will be 1 very soon and it's time to start thinking about her party. I have already decided on a Minnie Mouse themed party for her. We have her dress for the party and some of the party supplies all ready to go for her first birthday. I know her sister and brothers are getting excited for Angels' upcoming birthday. I on the other hand am sad that my baby girl is growing up faster then i'd like.

Little Snugglers for Greatest Comfort

"I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Huggies and Taregt. I received samples and a promotional item to facilitate my review."

One thing that I worry about all the time is if Angel is comfortable in her diapers. I cloth diapered Sweet Pea so I knew she was always nice and comfy and I know that I want to be comfortable in whatever I am wearing so I feel Angel should be just as comfortable. If you think about it your hug is the first thing your baby feels. So it only makes sense that we make sure the second hug feels just as good.

Meet Stephanie

When I first started writing this blog I could have never dreamed that I would one day be swamped with product reviews and other opportunities that I just couldn't handle it all myself. Over the past couple years Andersons Angels has really started to take off. Over the past few months I have become overwhelmed with blog work and medical conditions that have arose so I have decided to add a contributor to my blog to help ease my workload. And so today I am very excited to introduce you to a lovely lady that I am very excited to be working with to bring my readers even more awesome reviews.

Obtain your Social Worker Degree

In order for the local communities across America to thrive, social workers must stay dedicated to their profession. Although some social workers may feel under-appreciated at times, their contribution to society is certainly not taken for granted. Here are some of the ways that social work makes a difference in the community.

Helps to Reduce Abuse
Abuse still remains a major problem in this country. Although anyone can be the victim of abuse, women and children are especially at risk. It is the social worker’s job to make sure that the victims receive all of the help that is available. If a child is being abused by someone, the social worker will be able to help track down the perpetrator. Schools such as Case Western University train social workers to deal with a variety of different situations involving abuse.
