Bug loves food. He loves messy food even better. One plus is that he loves to feed himself too. I've used the food strainer things for fruit and all he does with those is make a mess because, well lets be honest, its a strainer. When I tried him on the squeeze pouches he fell in love with them. He could never get enough. I could never have enough in the house. One big problem with those though is he likes to feed himself and once you squeeze the pouch, you are wearing most of the food. I made a lot of Bug's baby food and I was always telling people that they should make a way to reuse those squeeze pouch containers because it would be so easy and convenient for baby food, especially when you make it and have to package it yourself. Well, someone must have heard me because they came up with the original Squeeze.
The Original Squeeze is a resealable squeeze pouch with a spill proof spout perfect for baby food, smoothies or purees. It comes in 3 different sizes and colors. Bug was excited to try this and actually likes it. He can squeeze as much as he wants and its not going to shoot out on the floor. I was worried that with him not using the bottle anymore, he would get mad because I would not let him use this because it had a nipple. I was online looking for something similar and come to find out that they make one for toddlers also. Bug will be happy.
If your little one loves the idea of feeding themselves or loves fresh food, fruits or smoothies, try the Original Squeeze. Not sure which one to buy? You can get onto their website and they will help you find the right size and style for your child. They are dishwasher friendly which makes moms and dads enjoy the product even more (I do not have a dishwasher so I hand wash this and the fruit does not stick or leave a crusty film inside the cracks or crevices). Easy clean up and simple assembly makes this perfect for your everyday snack or to toss in the diaper bag for those on the go days.
That really looks like a neat thing for my great grandchildren to help feed themselves. They love being able to do things themselves!!
ReplyDeleteLooks neat. How convenient that it is resealable, and I like that it is made to fit a toddler's hands.
ReplyDeleteWhat will they come up with next. I'm not really sure how I feel about it though, there is something about kids squeezing food into their mouths that bothers me. Maybe it would be nice for serving smoothies, but I don't think I would use it for anything else. Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteHow handy those are. perfect for smoothies, and apple sauce or yougart
ReplyDeleteI love this cup/bottle I think its a great way to get your child to drink more water , or have their yogurt.
