To stay well in the winter, I try to wash my hands often and eat healthy. I have used a humidifier and it's especially amazing at nighttime when my nose is stuffy. I really like how some humidifiers have the added menthol accessories.
ReplyDeleteTo stay healthy during the winter, I practice regular hand washing & drink lots of water! I haven't used a humidifier since I had sinus surgery years ago, but I'm sure it would be helpful this time of year!

ReplyDeleteTo stay healthy in the winter, I take vitamins and wash my hands frequently. I cannot stand being sick.
ReplyDeleteI have used a humidifier for years, and last year discovered I could put essential oils in it also. A little lemon oil will cure a nighttime cough.

I keep plenty of Lysol and cold/flu supplies at home including chapstick and tissues. I also try to keep juices in the house and vitamins to help prevent.

ReplyDeleteWe take vitamins, drink lots of water and lots of hand washing. We do use a humidifier when anyone in the family has a cold.

To stay well in the winter we take vitamins and try to stay away from those we know who are sick if possible. Yes I use one when my kids get sick.
