Baked Goat Cheese with Khor Vodka

I am a big fan of finding ways to recreate dishes at home from my favorite restaurants. I love when I can take them and add my own little flavor and kick to them. I am always looking for appetizers especially for when we go to adult get togethers. One of my favorite appetizers to make at home and for adult get togethers is Baked Goat Cheese in Marinara Sauce. Since my kids think anything with goat cheese is gross I am able to make this delicious dip with KHOR Vodka to give it a little kick.

I received 2 bottles of KHOR vodka to review the Platinum and Pepper Honey Hot . So I decided to give my favorite appetizers an adult kick me up. KHOR Vodka offers four flavors that you can get to cook with or to consume (if your over 21 only).  The flavors are De Luxe, Platinum, Ice and Honey Pepper Hot. So the different flavors can help you create different flavors in your food and drinks. KHOR vodka is a product of Ukraine and is unique because they measure everything with pinpoint accuracy to be able to deliver quality.

What You Need:
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)
small jar of Marinara Sauce
1 8oz log plain goat cheese
1 tsp KHOR Platinum Vodka

What you do:
Preheat oven to 375*F.
In a small baking dish combine the marinara and tsp vodka.
Slice the goat and place down the middle of the baking dish on top of the Marinara mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until everything is hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with the chopped basil and serve with toasted french bread slices.

If you are looking for a delicious appitizer for your next party I hope you will consider serving my Baked Goat Cheese with KHOR vodka.

  1. This looks to be a great combination for those who are interested in alcohol, I believe it could be nice of me if I let others know about it.
