One thing that I am always looking for is stuff to keep the kids entertained. Whether it be at home or in the car. I hate just handing them a DS or Kindle to play games on because I want their minds to be learning and expanding with knowledge. One way I have found to do this is with activity books. Activity books are a great way to help encourage reading and learning. BigFoot activity books are especially a favorite of most parents, as they are at once eductaional and fun!
I recently received the book BigFoot Goes on Big City Adventures this book is wriiten and illustrated by D.L. Miller. BigFoot seek and find books star the lengendary BigFoot as he travels the world. Readers hunt for him on each colorful page, learning fun facts along the way! This book includes amazing facts, fun photos and the famous seek and find adventures.
Sweet Pea has enjoyed sitting with me and searching for BigFoot and all the other great items that need found in each scene. I really like how the book also gives fun and interesting facts about the BigFoot legends in different countries. So not only are the kids having fun searching the puzzles they are learning about myths in other countries.
I think this book would be great to have in the car when traveling with the kids, because not only will it keep them entertained it can be a fun conversation starter with reading the facts. How would you like to win your own copy of BigFoot Goes on Big City Adventures? If so just simply enter below and GOOD LUCK!!
